PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performs advanced business office activities associated with servicing residential, commercial, public authority, and industrial customers including but not limited to customer service, information processing, and interfacing with contractors and personnel in other departments; maintains customer related records (manual, SAP, Peoplesoft and personal computer based); upholds and maintains the integrity of the Company's policies and procedures relative to servicing the customer.
Experience Required:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills • Three to five years of advanced administrative/clerical experience • Excellent customer service/communication skills The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Advanced administrative/clerical experience is preferred
