Wm.T. Spaeder

We've used a number of plumbers over the past 40 years, and Spaeder is at the top of the list. The response time is very quick. We've never had to wait more than a day for routine work. In an emergency the response is very fast. When you schedule a call the plumbers give you updates for arrival, and call when they are on the way. Work has always been top-knotch, and the fees are fair. Never had a bad experience. Their crews give great diagnoses and recommend a reasoned solution, even if it means a no charge resolution. We have had bad experiences with other companies which were unresponsive, try to upsell, or arrive without tools or supplies then charge for the time to go back to the shop. On the other hand Spaeder has always been a shining professional crew which provides wonderful customer service and excellent resolution to problems. Highly recommended.
