Event Description: March Against Crime 5k Run/Walk March 8, 2015 at 9am Rotary Pavilion, Presque Isle State Park—Erie, PA Exercise your muscles and your commitment to crime prevention! $25 includes race fee and a 2015 CVC March Against Crime Long Sleeve T-Shirt. $2 Discount for Erie Runners Club members. Proceeds from this 5k run/walk benefit Crime Victim Center, a local non-profit providing free counseling and court accompaniment to victims of crime and their families, as well as working to prevent crime in our community. This event will be held regardless of weather conditions, unless Presque Isle is closed by the Park Officials. After the race, warm up in the Rotary Pavilion by the roaring fire and enjoy healthy snacks and light refreshments with Awards being presented to the overall winners in both male and female divisions for the 5k run and 5k walk, as well as winners in different age/gender categories. Registration by February 16th guarantees a spot in the race and a commemorative tshirt.
